Watts Water Technologies
Designs and manufactures water safety, flow control, and energy-efficient solutions for various industries.
Assembling water heaters and/or components in a manufacturing environment, following instructions and performing quality control checks.
Assemble and test commercial water heaters and burners using hand/light power tools, tape measure and measuring devices, such as torque wrenches.
Perform day-to-day functions: assembling, 5S Housecleaning, participation in any and all required safety training, power tools and hand tools usage training.
Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality, reporting defects or inconsistencies.
Troubleshoot any abnormalities that may occur during manufacturing or assembly.
Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.
Utilize gas analyzer equipment for testing

Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical assembly, electrical wiring, hydro testing, plumbing, setup, insulation and fabrication skills.
Read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
Read, understand and follow assembly instructions.
Basic mathematical skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Punctuality and dependability.
Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
Ability to read and understand schematics for wiring and plumbing instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and engineering drawings as needed to build/assemble products.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.
