Provide coaching and mentorship to Sales Associates and Community Sales Managers on sales techniques to enhance sales performance, business management, and customer satisfaction.
Assists the Vice President of Sales in all sales related items, and performs any other assigned duties assigned by Vice President of Sales and/or Division President.
Ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
Lead engaging, results-oriented sales meetings that inspire collaboration, drive performance, and address key challenges with transparency and authenticity.
Attend industry and promotional events to support divisional initiatives and address any issues that may arise, while keeping management informed of relevant developments.
Lead the release process for new sections and communities, ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
Conduct regular market analyses to stay apprised of market conditions and adjust pricing and promotional strategies to achieve sales goals.
