Coordinate special events in support of client or Jones Lang LaSalle
Provide management services for all subcontracted and managed suppliers ensuring services are delivered consistently with agreement terms for all facility services including but not limited to the following: landscape maintenance, janitorial, security, waste/recycling, window cleaning, interior plant maintenance, vending and food services.
Facilitate inspections of assigned properties proactively addressing any deficiencies.
Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations.
Assist with receiving and dispatching work orders to technical staff, vendors or other service providers utilizing Corrigo.
Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested.
Manage all duties in compliance to the Master Services Agreement and applicable performance measurements.
Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Management and Operations team.
Continuously identify cost savings opportunities
Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures utilizing OneView Projects platform for small capital projects.
Oversee client conference rooms needs such as organizing, configuration, light cleaning.
Support energy management programs and reporting.
Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices.
Management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial management, purchasing as necessary.
Support development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budgets
