A leading real estate consulting firm are looking for a MRICS accredited Surveyor with valuations to level 3 who would like to start a new role in busy sector with a secure workflow for years to come. The healthcare sector is a safe seat in a difficult market. This role will be a great learning curve for a valuation surveyor from outside the sector. You will not be simply churning through valuation reports, the work is challenging and complex and involves working closely with colleagues from other divisions such as capital markets and research.
If you are an RICS registered valuer who needs more than just writing reports, or you are in a sector that may be struggling, then this would be a good move for you.
