Conduct product research and contact vendors for pricing and information.
Produce and revise furniture block plans, space plans, finish palettes, furniture specification, and installation drawings.
Oversee individual tasks and duties as well as overall project results and outcomes.
Approaches tasks, projects, teams, and customers with optimism, enthusiasm, and creativity.
Analyze project information through various forms of communication.
Utilize existing ancillary furniture through warehouse inventory systems.
Curate artwork and decor selections. Style shelving onsite for installation as required per project.
Delegate and coordinate independently with Design support teams.
Produce and present design concepts to customers.
Prepare design budgets and design proposals.
Plans and accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals.
Develop validation packages and spreadsheets.
Specify furniture and finishes required per final layouts.
Perform field measurements and inventory existing site products.
Generate, organize, and maintain CAD files.
Collaborate with vendors and clients to gather project information and identify customer challenges.
Track and manage time entries daily.
Estimate budgetary hours and manage and monitor project hours.

Ability to apply commercial furniture products and systems furnishings.
Must have self-awareness and be able to self-assess strengths and opportunities for growth.
Picks up on the need to change personal, interpersonal, and managerial behavior quickly.
Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign encouraged.
Quickly learns new technical skills, software programs, applications, and industry knowledge.
Professional proficiency in a variety of software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CET Designer, 20/20 CAP, Adobe
