Facilitate Communication: Facilitate structured communication between workstreams, Client departments, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Attend Meetings and Track Actions: Attend weekly/monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keeping track of required actions from all stakeholders and following up on progress.
Establish Processes and Procedures: Establish processes and procedures to manage the interface with KSA Utility stakeholders, ensuring effective engagement and communication.
Lead Workshops and Meetings: Coordinate workshops, meetings (both online and face-to-face), and working groups, ensuring all meetings are recorded with minutes.
Develop RACI Matrix: Create a RACI Matrix for all stakeholders, both internal and external, to clarify roles and responsibilities.
Report Project Status: Inform the Stakeholder Manager of any potential delays in project completion or milestones.
Monitor Technical Interfaces: Monitor and report on the status of interfaces with stakeholders, identifying and escalating risks, issues, and concerns of delays promptly and effectively.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and project developments.
Support and Coordinate Utility Strategy: Work with the Client (and/or their designated Representative) to support and coordinate the utility strategy, incorporating lessons learned from discussions with stakeholders and project teams.
Identify Stakeholder Needs: Define the needs of each stakeholder group and use this understanding to develop relevant communication and engagement initiatives.
Outreach for Permit Requirements: Proactively engage with utility stakeholders to clarify their specific requirements for obtaining necessary permits. Ensure that all relevant documentation is collected, completed, and submitted in a timely manner to facilitate the permit acquisition process effectively.
Assist Project Teams: Assist and guide project teams by drawing on expertise to inform stakeholder’s inputs in relation to utilities.
