Prepare semi-annual safeguards compliance reports.
Prepare monitoring reports on the final EMP and communicate with stakeholders, including ADB, regarding project progress and compliance with environmental protection standards.
Update the investment program's Environmental Assessment and Review Framework (EARF) as required.
Support the Implementation Assistance Specialist (IAS) in preparing periodic financing requests for project components.
Update the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the project.
Prepare IEEs and EMPs for project components.
Supervise the implementation of the EMP.

Strong understanding of environmental safeguards and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prepare and review environmental documentation.

Specific Experience: At least 7 years of experience in road or large-scale infrastructure projects.
