Ensure that proper records, including final accounts, are kept and maintained so financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available.
Working with your senior QS you will manage all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project including paying subcontractors, raising notices, and completing cost to completes.
Develop contract management skills, understanding the New Engineering Contract (NEC) and how change control works.
Promote our quality, cost, and efficiency strategy to ensure everyone is minimising costs and maximising value.
