Shift Supervisor

• Leading a small team of engineers and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed safely and effectively.
• Supporting day-to-day site operations, including planned and reactive works.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site-specific protocols.
• Acting as the main point of contact during your shift for client teams and contractors.
• Managing handovers, documentation, and reporting accurately.
