Roustabout - Oil & Gas

Description

The Roustabout works in field operations for Keystone Clearwater Solutions, handling various client assignments. Duties include setting up and tearing down containment, generators, piping systems, pipelines, manifolds and related equipment, as well as operating and maintaining water transfer systems.

The role requires 12‑hour shifts, including days, nights, overtime and weekends, and may involve overnight travel and working in all weather conditions.

• Set up and tear down equipment such as generators, piping, and containment.
• Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) after training.
• Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation.
• Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed.
• Back‑in trucks and monitor on‑site operations for safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively across teams via radio, phone, and in‑person.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed.
• Equipment operator certification (a plus).
• Previous pipe fusing experience (a plus).
• Available for 12‑hour shifts, including days, nights, overtime and weekends.
