Previous experience working within a community-based role or role that was directly involved in supporting projects and programmes designed to help people and communities grow.
Experience of empowering communities to find solutions would be advantageous.
Be a people person, communication will be key to this role not only for working with our customers but also for working with external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will also need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Whilst part of the role will be home-based you will be expected to regularly travel to the communities within the Leicestershire and North Warwickshire areas. We are unable to consider applications from applicants outside of this area.
Due to the nature of the role the successful applicant will have a DBS check carried out before commencing employment.
