Escalate recurring issues to the Customer Care Manager where required.
Support with defect reporting for social housing where applicable.
Uphold company processes, policies and high standards of customer care at all times.
Log, validate and coordinate aftercare enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Follow up to ensure works have been completed to a high standard and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Process 5–7 month purchaser reports in line with customer journey guidelines.
Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and post.
Schedule and liaise with Customer Care Technicians, subcontractors and suppliers to arrange appointments and works.
