What you would be doing

  • Serves as a key contact for our product automation systems vendors, IT, and internal and external customers.
  • Lead the syndication of product data to Fortune Brand’s websites, retailers websites and other digital channels.
  • Champion the “Voice of the Customer & Consumer” by developing a thorough understanding of customer and market needs and trends. Conduct competitive analysis and gain data insights to develop strategies that elevate the holistic omnichannel shopping experience.
  • Manage a team that is responsible for validating, inputting, and maintaining product and marketing data within our Product Information Management System across Fortune Brands Innovations business units.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that will drive productivity and improve business processes for both internal and external customers.
  • Act as product data steward to ensure data completeness and accuracy and work with other stakeholders to improve the product data and content that is delivered to various channels.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with cross-functional departments and customers to increase customer’s speed to market through improved go-to-market tools and innovative methods for delivering and consuming product and marketing data.

  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong management skills with 3+years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • 5+ years of experience with Product Information Management and Syndication tools, specifically Salsify.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to lead and participate in cross-functional communication and activities.
  • 5+ years of experience with product development lifecycle with consumer/durable goods.
