  • Facilitate meetings and conference calls with stakeholders across departments and leadership levels.
  • Analyze and present data in user-friendly formats to support decision-making.
  • Monitor progress and manage deviations, escalating issues and driving resolution.
  • Lead assigned FTTH projects using established methods and procedures.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for FTTH program data, including schedules, work breakdowns, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and baselines.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering, build, and order completion teams.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of leadership
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Understanding of cross-functional workflows from design to order completion
  • Ability to interpret engineering layouts and terminology.
  • Clear, professional communication and customer service skills
  • 4+ years of telephony experience (FTTH preferred)
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking under tight deadlines
  • Experience with Sitetracker, Power BI, and M6 platforms.
