  • Track and follow up on all outstanding work orders while providing exceptional customer service to tenants
  • Gather bids from vendors for multifamily management for projects around the community
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to all service requests from the submittal process through the completion
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work throughout the complex
  • Perform walkthroughs of completed units to verify they are market-ready
  • Prioritize schedules of maintenance staff, including on-call.
  • Utilize property management software system to log and track work order requests.
  • Follow up with residents to ensure timely response and resolution of related issues.
  • Assist with various reports and data entry
  • Determine need and place service calls as required

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property or residential management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience and/or knowledge in Yardi is highly preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Candidates should also be well organized and enjoy problem-solving
