  • Under direction from the Project Manager or Lead Engineers, may be required to maintain communications and

  • Assists D&D Coordinator with updates, revisions and maintenance of drafting & design standards.
  • Ensure suitable communication/updates are being provided by the design team to internal and external clients
  • Adhere to and enforce company and industry design and drafting standards.

Demonstrate the ability to perform all key qualifications of a Designer.

Ability to provide clear & concise direction to assigned staff

Capacity to conduct and participate in meetings with senior management.

The ability to make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems.

Ability to solve complex problems and strive for innovative approaches to the design maturity process.

  • Hold expert knowledge of industry standard design software (AutoCAD family of products) and apply best
  • and Science preferred.
  • Technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculum; Associate of Arts
  • Five or more years of experience developing design processes and inspiring innovative approaches.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, CADWorx &/or Plant 3D, and Civil 3D.
  • Although not the primary responsibility of this position, when needed, a Senior Designer has the ability to
  • Experience with other 3D software such as Revit is a plus.
