  • Program Development: Design and implement tiered membership structures and incentive programs (rebates, points systems, recognition, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to recruit new contractors into AirCare while maximizing participation from existing members.
  • Lead the AirCare Program: Manage and evolve the AirCare contractor loyalty program to drive growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Market Analysis & Feedback Loop: Collect contractor feedback and market insights to drive program improvements and influence product or service innovation.
  • Contractor Coaching & Support: Ensure that the AirCare team provides ongoing coaching, technical support, and product training to contractors to help grow their business using Owens Corning solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Pricing Strategy teams to align AirCare program goals with broader Owens Corning business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage the team of AirCare Market Development Managers, providing coaching, performance management, and training on contractor engagement strategies.
  • CRM Development/Management: Oversee CRM integration and enhancements to ensure seamless tracking of contractor activity, program participation, and ROI.

  • Skilled at working cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Pricing.
  • Previous involvement in contractor training, loyalty engagement, or technical sales enablement.
  • Experience leading and coaching field teams to manage and grow contractor accounts.
  • Proven track record in building materials or insulation industries with distribution partners, with a preference for HVAC channel experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data-driven sales management.
  • Ability to travel regularly (up to 60%) to support team, customer, and program needs with advance notice
  • 5+ years of experience in managing contractor loyalty programs, dealer networks, or channel sales initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and present strategic business plans to executive leadership.
  • Experience with Owens Corning HVAC products or competitive product lines.
  • Experience working with home service-based companies across all ownership models (Private Equity, locally-owned, franchised, national/regional footprint, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
