The Assistant Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and based in Northeast San Antonio, supports daily maintenance operations to keep all systems and equipment running efficiently. The role assists with repairs, preventative maintenance, service requests, vendor oversight, and helps ensure apartments are move‑in ready while upholding safety and quality standards.
