Assist with the collection of safety records following trainings sessions
Monitor large construction sites and enforce compliance with government rules & regulations
Document all injuries, incidents, and near misses
Signing daily paperwork to verify proper hazard and mitigation assessment
Stay up-to-date with safety policies and trends, i.e. meeting the latest safety standards and establishing new ones from time-to-time as newer risks are discovered
Complete audits and daily reports describing activities completed, and issues, etc.
Attend all safety meetings on the job sites
Collaborate across the jobsite with Field Operations and Project Operations team members, as well as the General Contractor and other trade partners

Required: You have certification in First Aid/CPR
You’re a natural at conflict resolution and are calm under pressure
Required: You have at least 1 year of safety experience in construction OR 5 years of field/project experience on a commercial construction site OR a degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or completed an apprenticeship program)
Bonus Points: You have experience in electrical construction
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Required: You have completed the OSHA 10-hour construction training course
You have a strong attention to detail
