- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Manage procurement of materials, subcontractor coordination, and logistics.
- Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Oversee fabrication and erection activities to ensure adherence to design, schedule, and safety requirements.
- Track project costs, invoices, and budgets; ensure profitability.
- Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites.
- Prepare cost forecasts and financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and general contractors.
- Identify scope changes and manage change orders effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients and field teams.
- Coordinate with engineers, estimators, drafters, fabricators, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for steel fabrication and erection projects.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, project specifications, and industry codes (AISC, AWS, OSHA, etc.).

- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Requires travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities; detail-oriented; problem-solving mindset.
- Combination of office and field work (fabrication shop visits and job site inspections).
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent construction management credentials.
- Proficiency with steel detailing drawings, fabrication processes, and erection methods.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in structural or miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection.
- Strong understanding of AISC and AWS standards.
