Receive new project notifications and coordinate with respective field service and/or consulting and engineering team leads.
Ensure all project updates occur timely, resolve any late update or approval of tasks.
Process Client notifications and notify all appropriate parties in accordance with client specific guidelines.
Compile, prepare and ship documents
Coordinate with contractors on project status, job site visits, and obtaining documents for project closeout
Review draft tracking log data to ensure projects are current at minimum client specific intervals prior to issuance. Issue tracking logs/reports to client per client specific schedule and format.
Process, distribute, and maintain electronic and hard copies of all documents in the project file on the company server and the document center as they are received or completed.
Maintain assigned project tracking databases (internal and external) with up to date information and status and records of all project comments/correspondence in appropriate fields in required format. Proactively identify and seek resolution of issues, follow through on action items, organize and track program issues.
Coordinate meetings with jurisdictional authorities and/or water purveyors.
