  • Lead day-to-day field operations, managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules.
  • Ensure jobsite safety, compliance with regulations, and enforcement of company standards.
  • Act as the primary on-site representative, maintaining professional relationships with clients, designers, and inspectors.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Be a field leader on landmark projects that shape the DC region.
  • Mentor and direct field staff and trade partners, fostering a strong team culture.
  • Oversee quality control, conducting site inspections, enforcing specifications, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules and sequencing to keep work on track.
  • Work with a team known for safety, quality, and execution.

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to take charge of field operations on high-profile projects. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver excellence from start to finish.

  • Successful track record leading ground-up, large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site utilities.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, manpower, and sequencing effectively.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor or specialty contractor.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred.
