Corporate Services Manager

Description

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee and integrate corporate services across the business, providing structure, consistency and support to operational teams.

• Improving systems, processes and reporting across corporate services
• Supporting compliance, governance and internal policy frameworks
• Partnering with senior leaders to support workforce planning and business growth
• Leadership and oversight of corporate functions including HR, payroll, administration and office operations
• Managing internal stakeholders and external service providers

Requirements

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate our core corporate functions from our Loganholme head office.

• Proven experience in a corporate services, operations or business management role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project business
• Experience within construction, engineering, mining or infrastructure environments highly regarded
• Senior leadership position with real influence across the business
• Highly organised with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
