Coordinates the technical input and support of the Air Products team on-site, including supporting commissioning and operations teams.
Develops or obtains training manuals and instructional aids and materials as required.Implements approved training programs for designated personnel to ensure progressive training.
Active leadership in the Quality program (including work not performed by CSU). Target zero punchlists to avoid downstream impacts.
Has planned and directed commissioning and startup/operations assignments.
Coordinate with the laboratory team to provide project support for commissioning, initial operations, and performance testing.
Coordinate any equipment maintenance and/or operational issues that may require project support, such as the provision of ICSS Engineers for tuning and configuration/graphics changes required.
Management of the performance testing and commissioning demonstration tests, including planning all tests to conform with the requirement of the Prime contract.
Develops, coordinates, and implements approved and budgeted training and development programs, including on the job training as well as on-site and off-site courses and programs
Day to day direction of seconded Client Operators Ensuring that project provided operations support is provided (such as buildings and other facilities)

Prior experience of Process Systems pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of LNG systems/facilities.
Ability to make day-to-day decisions that directly affect project management improvements within assigned area or project and makes recommendations to senior management regarding policy and procedure.
Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver training courses using classroom techniques and standard or improvised teaching aids
Prior experience with Bechtel CSU processes and procedures preferred.
Extensive work experience in Commissioning, startup and operations fields, specifically all aspects of field and control room operation, shift supervision, and development of operational philosophies and processes to ensure safe, and reliable Plant operations.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven leadership skills & ability to supervise craft for testing, startup and operations activity.
Experience working with Management, Client, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering personnel.
Knowledge of processes and work task involved with large scale gas processing facilities.
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
