What you would be doing

- Box and crate parts or palletize parts if necessary.Either incoming or outgoing.
- Ship parts via UPS, including boxing and UPS documentation.
- Follow safe job practices.Ensure products are secure before loading lifts.Ensure work environment is safe.
- Parts and materials handling as required.
- Determine best procedure to do assignment efficiently and accurately.
- Assist co-workers.
- Schedule ship methods, carriers and dates.
- Receives, unpacks and examines goods received and verifies completeness of order against invoices.Process paperwork, may enter data in computer.Delivers goods to appropriate area for further processing such as QA or Stores.
- Load and unload major components such as dryers or compressors.
- Notify appropriate personnel if changes required.
- Troubleshoot problems with appropriate department.Enter drop ship information in system, print reports and distribute as required.
- Receive and deliver returned parts.Log as necessary.

- One year of work experience required.
- Basic computer usage knowledge preferred.
- Requires the ability to read and write, to add and subtract whole numbers, to carry out instructions, and to use fixed gauges not involving interpretation.
- Some lifting requirements of over 50 lbs. in areas (on occasional basis)
- Must have working knowledge of a variety of hand tools as well as power tools to perform the job.
- Requires the ability to read general information or short instructions such as lists, notes or labels.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend required.
- Requires the ability to use basic mathematics such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
