We seek engineers with a strong academic foundation and extensive nuclear industry experience, particularly in power uprate projects. A solid background in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, combined with excellent technical writing and communication skills, is essential.
- Hold a BSME from an ABET‑accredited program with strong thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid‑mechanics background.
- Possess 7+ years of experience in the nuclear power industry, including power uprates or turbine retrofit projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in balance‑of‑plant evaluations, pinch‑point assessments, heat balances, and related components.
- Skilled in preparing calculations, reports, and technical writing; proficient with MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations for mechanical design of nuclear power plants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem‑solving and numerical computation abilities.
