Lead sales and partner initiatives in UP to grow SATO sanitation products.
Achieve the sales target within the assigned territory with the team of 6-8 associates, in line with the global SATO goals (Impact target and Breakeven).
To acquire new customers, create a clear approach plan for associates. The ASM will decide the target and provide the approach plan and instructions to associates.
To collaborate with Licensee partner and team to ensure SATO range penetration through Supreme distributors, dealers and retailers.
Improve customer and partner satisfaction by empowering the team to meet customer needs and achieve high business performance.
Identify business problems and challenges for associates in the assigned territory, find solutions with team leaders, and provide proper instructions and processes for solving problems.
Collaborate with the Leader and other functional team, to evaluate the market and create a strategic plan for the assigned territory.
Empower the sales team to take a proactive approach to identify and solve problems with each member.
Engage with channel partners, research & analyze the assigned territory, and define the target customers with leaders.
Build strong relationships with existing partners, understand their business needs, align business approaches, and execute the strategy together.
Collaborate with marketing, partnership, supply chain, Finance & Operation, and other internal and external stakeholders to build and implement an effective territory strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Ensure ongoing training and development of associates' skills to achieve their targets over time.

English language fluency required, preferably in one or more language in India local language
Reliable organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
Five or more years of proven sales experience in building material goods, hardware, paints, sanitaryware, ceramics, PVC pipes etc.
Experience in social enterprises, the sanitation sector, or in sales organizations with partnerships with trades is a plus. Working experience in rural sector will be an added advantage.
Ability to work confidently in MS Office suite of tools (e.g., Outlook, MSWord, MS Power point, and MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Robust interpersonal and networking skills. Ability to forge effective working relationships and to foster solution-oriented approach with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent people management, customer service and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
Facility to work comfortably and effectively across many different cultures and situations. Comfort in a less structured / entrepreneurial environment.
