Support monthly board and quarterly lender reporting by preparing financial packages and calculating covenant ratios.
Support Return on Labor (ROL) analytics, overhead allocations, and property-level performance visibility.
Produce monthly results packages with clear variance explanations and performance insights.
Provide consolidated forecasting impacts for Development and Acquisitions, as needed.
Support lender, investor, and internal reporting requirements.
Build standardized templates for budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and reporting.
Consolidate various inputs from Property Management, Development, Portfolio Management, and corporate departments.
Ensure accurate, consistent metrics across the enterprise.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and BI tools.
Assist with board and leadership presentations.
Support strategic initiatives, portfolio analysis, and operational improvement efforts.
Work with operations leaders to understand trends, manage budgets, and identify risks and opportunities.
Help implement AI tools across FP&A by pulling structured data sets, preparing training inputs, and testing new workflows.
Partner with the internal Yardi reporting team to enhance data extraction, automate recurring reports, and improve model feeds.
Run scenario analyses across revenue, staffing, operating costs, and capital planning.
Maintain and improve corporate and consolidated forecasting models, including the consolidated property valuation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required
Experience in real estate, affordable housing, nonprofit, or development finance is a plus

This position is not fully remote. Candidates must reside in Rochester, NY or within commuting distance to maintain in-office presence. While some remote work is permitted, regular in-office attendance is an essential function of the role. The Rochester Resource Center will serve as your base office.
