Advocate for ethical and safe working practices and implement an effective safety and quality oversight program.
Support the development, leadership and delivery of large drinking water, wastewater and/or stormwater capital program(s) from planning through design and construction to final completion.
Work with clients to implement appropriate program technologies, including Program Management Information Systems (PMIS).
Act as primary liaison between client, HDR and principal stakeholders.
Support client in developing program and project budgets, schedules and delivery strategies.
Implement effective technical and management leadership and strategic direction.
Support and participate in meetings, including public meetings.
Identify and assess major program risks and develop and implement strategies to mitigate.
Provide leadership, direction and guidance to subordinate managers, staff and subconsultants.
Share in the accountability for overall financial success and delivery of the program(s).

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Construction Management or related degree, and extensive experience in the planning, design and delivery of water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure programs. Registered Professional Engineer in the U.S.A., Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP). 15+ years of related experience in water/wastewater/water resources consulting and engineering management, including 5+ years of leadership experience for complex water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure programs valued >$1B.
Proven leader with an interest in developing and mentoring team members.
