The Change Management Lead will be responsible for managing and driving the Change Management procedure for the Joint Project Team (JPT). The postholder will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Change Management process, ensuring effective interface and communication across the wider JPT.

  • Prepare and deliver summary information, reports, and metrics derived from the Change Register.
  • Maintain the Programme Euston Change Register.
  • Provide advice and support to Project Managers on all matters relating to change management.
  • Operate and maintain the Change Management Plan, including associated forms and templates.
  • Chair the Change Committee, providing full secretariat support.

Contract Length: Initially 12 Months (up to 3 years of work)

Our Client has a requirement for a Change Manager, who will be required to work on a Contract basis in Glasgow.

  • Chartered professional status in a related discipline (e.g., engineering, project management, or business change).
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working within the Ministry of Defence (MoD), particularly at HMNB Clyde.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; adaptable and flexible.
  • Demonstrated experience in project, programme, or portfolio controls.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in Change Management.
  • Experience using CEMAR contract administration software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Confidence to take initiative, embrace challenges, and pursue personal development.
  • SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
