Grow Defined Contribution sales production of assigned financial advisors, branches and firms through proactive calling efforts and use of web meeting tools.
Work collaboratively within the DC Solutions Group and within the internal PGIM distribution organization
Attain and/or exceed sales goals as set forth by management for the assigned territory and/or intermediaries
Provide a broad range of value-added investment solutions by proactive communications with financial intermediaries

Deep relationships and understanding of assigned territory
Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated, professional manner, ability to manage a territory, a desire to succeed and grow with the firm
5+ years of financial services experience in a sales capacity
Clearly articulate, understand and present the PGIM Investment product line to generate sales and activity.
State insurance licenses required or to be completed within 120 days of employment
Strong retirement background with an emphasis on DC distribution
FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 required (Series 7 must be obtained within 120 days of employment)
