Foreman

Description

You will report to the Construction/Project Manager and play a pivotal role within the site team, overseeing day-to-day operations of Fitout works and ensuring high-quality execution in alignment with project standards, timelines, and safety procedures.

As a Foreman at ALEC FITOUT, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-end interiors for luxury spaces across hospitality, retail, and commercial developments. This is your opportunity to lead by example through coordination, supervision, and technical excellence.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for high-end fit-out works
• Report progress and proactively address site issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Coordinate tradesmen and labour teams to deliver top-quality results
• Read and interpret drawings to guide your team effectively

Requirements

ALEC has extensive experience in complex projects across diverse sectors including airports, retail, hotels & resorts, high-rise buildings, themed projects as well as construction management, design management, estimating, cost planning and procurement.

• Strong understanding of trades such as wood, marble, painting, glazing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• 3+ years' experience in a Foreman role within a fit-out company
• Joinery experience is desirable
• Ability to manage teams and drive site productivity
