Stable pipeline of commercial projects in the Columbus market
Strong background across ground-up and/or renovation commercial builds
5+ years of estimating experience on commercial construction projects
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
Experience with takeoff and estimating software (Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, or similar)
Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
