  • Stakeholder excellence: proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse client and internal teams.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal): able to distil complex, technical issues into clear, actionable messages.
  • Outstanding academic performance in a relevant tertiary degree.
  • Up to 6 years consulting/advisory experience: ideally in Analytics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operating Models, Infrastructure and/or with Defence, National Security or Federal Government clients.
  • Ideally experience with submarines and surface ships (nuclear and conventional) plus one or more of:Modelling & simulationIndustrial system performance monitoringMaintenance operationsDevelopment of artificial intelligence agents
  • Eligibility for AGSVA security clearance: ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearances
  • Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills (including data analysis): comfortable tackling unstructured/ambiguous problems using logical, systematic techniques.
