Tasks

-Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Manage calendars of office executives. -Managing vendor management for supplies and District events. -Managing the front desk; directing emails, calls and all onsite visitors. -Maintain contact list and calendars in Outlook. -Data entry and other office administrative tasks. -Maintain various logs, reports and templates. -Assisting with planning and setting up for District events. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities and resources, and arranging offsite meetings as requested. -Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations. -Assist in office management, supplies and delivery placement
