Originator

This is a brand-new role to be based out of their San Francisco office and is focused on scaling their PPA origination business. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, negotiating and executing complex structured transactions in PJM and ERCOT. They are currently operating on the asset financing side but will be transitioning into an IPP model and this role will be fundamental in helping them achieve that.

• Proactive nature and a strong drive to pick up the phone and get in front of clients.
• Trading shop or IPP experience would be good.
• Strong PJM experience in a must. ERCOT is desirable.
• 3+ years experience originating PPA’s.
• The ability to manage contract negotiations and close deals.
• Strong commercial mindset.

On offer is a salary between $150,000 - $175,000 + discretionary bonus and other benefits. Relocation assistance to SF can be provided.
