Qualify leads, arrange appointments, and manage prospects through the sales cycle to successful deal closure
Deliver engaging demonstrations via video and phone, clearly communicating the value and key differentiators of Brivo’s security platform
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM
Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with partners within the designated territory
Contribute actively to the expansion of Brivo’s footprint across the wider Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions
Manage the end-to-end process of quoting and provide timely, accurate sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
Support field sales colleagues with pre-sales activity and regional development initiatives
Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to develop strategic partner plans and campaigns that drive revenue and expand wallet share
Educate prospective clients and provide product training to system integrators, ensuring they remain informed on updates, compatible devices, and feature releases
Drive end-customer leads and convert them effectively to directly support the Channel ecosystem
Respond to customer queries promptly and manage the administrative aspects of the sales process
Manage a subset of partners within Emerging Markets, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries and account maintenance to support their growth
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social media to build a robust pipeline

Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound activity
1+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management (ideally in channel sales within the security, technology, or SaaS sectors)
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
Consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
Familiarity with SaaS, solution-led selling, and a consultative sales approach
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels
