- Coordinate with Project Stakeholders and undertake presentations as required, including Stage Gate Reviews.
- Provides assistance to project and construction management in identifying and complying with project integration and interface management requirements and in addressing issues as they arise during project execution.​
- Establish and maintain an accurate Progress Reports.
- Provide input to and own the engineering elements of a project capital estimate (proposals and execution) quantities and budgets​.
- Review major changes or deviations in project scope, project material quantities, budget or schedule, and assists particularly with defining the change, obtaining accurate estimates of the hours involved, and notifying trends in accordance with Project Change Control procedures.​
- Lead the review of design deliverables, including constructability, value engineering and safety in design considerations​.
- Prepares or assists in preparation of conceptual studies, designs, reports or proposals​.
- Ensure engineering coordination efforts with Project Manager, Procurement/Contracts, Construction, Commissioning & Startup, Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) and Project Controls.​
- Management and accountability for the timely coordination for all design submissions​.
- Possesses full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating the delivery of different work packages.

- Experience of working within a multicultural, highly diverse team environment is essential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills at varying levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines
- Possesses working knowledge and production ability with computer-aided drafting software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong varied experience in creating, developing and leading teams.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence outcomes and escalate issues appropriately.
- Essential: prior experience in managing multiple packages of work.
- Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems
- Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience​
- Possesses a working knowledge of BIM processes, including experience designing projects in BIM platforms, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
- Desirable: understanding of current innovations, including applications of AI.
- Role model the Bechtel Visions, Values, & Commitments (VV&C) and must be a strong advocate of our Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts and initiatives.
- Desirable: understanding of airline industry and international regulatory codes, standards and design criteria relating to airport design.
