Organize and manage contracts through the contract lifecycle, supporting the record keeping and filing procedures for all contracts.
Support the ongoing improvement of our contract templates, playbooks and processes for overall increased efficiency; provide guidance to clients regarding Lutron processes and best practices.
Identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows

Prepare, review and negotiate routine contracts independently following established parameters and escalation guidelines.

Effectively allocating matters to team members based on subject matter, capacity and sensitivity.
Manage contract intake, prioritization and review for the team, including:
Support multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion
Become a subject matter expert for our document management system and other relevant software tools.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and status reports
Collaborate with legal and non-legal colleagues on various projects and tasks as needed.
Performing initial contract reviews to identify need for internal escalation and approvals, and
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration on complex matters

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly evolving environment.
Customer focus, with strong communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to work and navigate within a complex, matrix organization.
Understanding and demonstrated sensitivity to matters involving confidentiality and attorney-client privilege.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn any other applications relevant to the role, including the latest legal technology.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience, supporting a transactional practice area - preferably in an in-house role.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams is required; SharePoint experience a significant plus.
