Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must hold BOHS P402 qualifications (or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying)
Competent in the use of IT software, in particular mobile applications used for survey data collection
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection/report writing
Time management and ability to meet project deadlines
Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Good client-facing skills – confident in liaising with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders
Industry experience essential with proven track record of conducting a similar role
