Asbestos Surveyor

Description

• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, calibration, and proper records
• Undertaking asbestos surveys, recording site data, and submitting reports on time
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and colleagues to deliver projects to agreed timescales

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must hold BOHS P402 qualifications (or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying)
• Competent in the use of IT software, in particular mobile applications used for survey data collection
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection/report writing
• Time management and ability to meet project deadlines
• Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• Good client-facing skills – confident in liaising with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders
• Industry experience essential with proven track record of conducting a similar role
