The technician will manage rock tools inventory, handle issuance, discards and losses, repair and maintain tools to defined specifications, and deliver products to customers. They will use the Rock Tools Management System to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, provide technical recommendations, and produce accurate time, technical and failure reports while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Safety responsibilities include complying with all safety policies and regulations, performing risk assessments before tasks, identifying and reporting unsafe habits, incidents, or near‑misses, maintaining tools and a clean work area, attending required training, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
