Assist with platform implementation on new client transitions, allocating proper resources and connecting with the client to validate service delivery expectations
Oversee the continuous review of digital systems and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values, persuading managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans
Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, development, coaching, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Establish and maintain service level expectations for support of standard digital platforms
Coordinate system strategies with field management, accounting, other client support groups, and senior business leaders
Maintain annual department budgets and manage the financial performance of digital platforms
Maintain relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the business
Execute departmental internal controls, financial policies, procedures, and projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
Identify and solve complex, multi-dimensional problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department
Review current and proposed systems and procedures and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital management, technology, or a related field
