Tracks all pay items
Documents the construction progress with site reports, photos, etc.
Ensures contractors follow the project plans and specifications in accordance with applicable construction procedures, methods, and codes
Collects and records measurements as needed
Monitors construction schedule (Critical Path Method) to ensure project is on schedule
Works closely with the Construction Manager to understand day-to-day tasks
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with co-workers, support and build others on the team and across disciplines/offices
Maintains appropriate project records using applicable forms provided by the Owner, electronic tools, and standard procedures.
