Coordinate equipment deployments and returns

Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Strong knowledge of iOS devices and ecosystem
Demonstrated experience with Windows and iOS operating systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including:
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
1-2 years of hands-on desktop troubleshooting experience
Data visualization and charting
Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
