Candidates must have at least three years of technical or vocational training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience, and be adept at solving practical problems with limited standardization. Proficiency in interpreting testing procedures, blueprints, and data, as well as strong Microsoft Office skills, is required.
The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $125,000 per year, dependent on experience. The Department Manager will be responsible for the success of the assigned team and for influencing key business metrics.
