  • Develops Others: Actively investing time and effort in developing people in the organization.

  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and secure access across platforms
  • Ensure all software deliverables meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
  • Develop and implement strategies for system optimization, process improvement, and automation
  • Lead the development and execution of the company's software strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Build relationships with leadership in all technical specialties, practices, and functions to allow for the collaboration needed to properly select and implement digital design tools across the firm
  • Provide a customer service mentality within the digital practice, continuously working to serve the architects, engineers, designers, and operational support staff within the firm
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for technology solutions

  • Certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, Revit Certified) are highly desirable
