Allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Role Purpose : Will be responsible for leading the design team, overseeing all creative and conceptual design aspects of projects, ensuring that the design vision aligns with client expectations and company goals. This individual will work closely with the Execution Head to ensure seamless integration between design intent and on-site implementation.

• Oversee all phases of the design process – from concept development to final presentation.
• Approving design concepts, materials, space planning, color schemes, and detailing.
• Work towards Developing Business through design pitches and proposals.
• Establish and standardize design processes, templates, and presentation formats.
• Collaborate with the Execution Head to ensure that design intent is preserved during implementation.
• Review and refine design deliverables before client presentations and execution handovers.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication between design, execution, and client teams.
• Lead key client meetings and presentations, articulating the design vision and rationale.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and consultants as needed for design inputs through the Execution Head
