Description

• Coordinate instrument installation and Hook up drawings Supervise the wiring and termination details Implement the instrument tray ,trench route and junction box plans
• Follow up installed quantities & Certification of work quantities Compile and follow up of punch items list Support for Pre -commissioning and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications Check and ensure right sequence of work flow Initiate changes if required in consultation with CM Supervise works pertaining to the earth & lightening protection Supervise works pertaining to Field and Sub-station electrical equipment installations.
• Release work complete to successor disciplines Follow up status of the work and compare planned and actual figures
• Supervise works pertaining for cable support systems like cable tray networks, conduits, ducts, cable laying works like Power, Control, heat tracing, lighting, earth cables, Supervise works pertaining to wiring, termination, splicing, functional check/tests and acceptance test of appropriate authorities.
• Supervise Contractors personnel in the field, instrument installation Review of P&ID
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations Report all safety observations & induced measures in report Co-ordinate with other contractor's personnel for interface.

Requirements

• Experience in Industrial Projects Review and ensure availability of all applicable drawings, interface drawings, applicable standards etc.
• Experience: 7 to 14 years
• Education: BE/BTech - Instrumentation/Electronics & Instrumentation
