The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while handling proposals, contracts, invoicing, and client schedules. They will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensure high‑quality deliverables, and maintain rigorous QA/QC processes.
- Manage projects from inception through completion
- Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, invoicing, work in process, and account receivables
- Coordinate project schedules for multiple concurrent client projects
- Recruit, develop, lead, inspire, and coach a growing team
- Produce high‑quality work and maintain QA/QC procedures
- Support business development by preparing proposals
- Interpret proposal and contract scope of services
- Identify scope creep and capture additional services promptly
- Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of projects
- Coordinate with other disciplines and support services
- Make independent decisions on project issues and methods
- Provide and receive performance feedback
- Maintain full technical understanding of all remote sensing aspects
- Perform technical work to effectively guide the team
