  • Effectively oversee Area Managers and Supervisors
  • Assists the Regional Director with data collection and presentations for National Client calls
  • Maintain an active presence in field operations to build and maintain a strong culture within the region
  • Partner effectively with Human Resources on workforce matters
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with local utilities, community representatives, customers, and public interest groups
  • Ensure all internal and external processes and systems communicated by the Regional Director are executed at the field level
  • Assists the Regional Director with ensuring that all operations teams comply with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to identify performance improvement opportunities within the region and create improvement action plans
  • Ensure seamless communication between the Regional Director and operational teams
  • Monitor daily goals for multiple regions and leverage relevant metrics that drive safety and quality within the district
  • Assist the Regional Director with forecasting future needs within the region to develop and implement long-range operational and staffing objectives
  • Assist the Regional Director with communicating the company’s strategic priorities into short-term objectives for the region
  • Coach and assist Area Managers with performance conversations with Supervisors

The Associate Regional Director will assist the Regional Director by ensuring all established processes, procedures, and action plans are executed effectively at the field level within their region. This involves the development and coaching of Area Managers and supervisors, customer relation management, and assisting with larger projects as needed. A successful candidate will be someone with extensive field services experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of managing district-level operations. This candidate will have exceptional leadership capabilities as well as strong communication and strategic planning skills.

  • 6+ years’ experience with demonstrated success in leading operations teams required
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Experience with field service & utilities operations strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree in business preferred
  • Knowledge of the regional market, customers, and its labor force preferred
  • Ability to travel 50% or more of the time
  • Various Data Analytical tools
  • Exceptional critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
Benefits

Compensation: 135k-145k base with 35% annual bonus potential. 401k and Health, Dental, & Vision benefits provided.
